Refund Policy

1. Cryptocurrency payments

Payments to Root My Android are made in cryptocurrency (or, when offered, via a third-party on-ramp that converts card / Apple Pay payments to cryptocurrency on our behalf). Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design — once confirmed on the network, they cannot be charged back or recalled.

2. Nitro purchases

Nitro purchases are final. Nitro is a prepaid credit with no cash or cryptocurrency value and is not redeemable outside the Service (see ourTerms of Service). We will, however, make things right when the fault is ours:

• Credit never arrived — if your payment confirmed but the Nitro was not credited, contact us with the payment ID or transaction hash and your account number; we will credit it manually.
• Duplicate charge — an accidental duplicate payment for the same order will be re-credited as Nitro or returned in the original cryptocurrency, at our discretion.
• Service failure — if a PRO feature consumed Nitro but failed due to a defect on our side, the Nitro will be re-credited.

3. Voucher codes

Voucher (redeem) codes are non-refundable once redeemed. Unredeemed codes purchased from an authorized reseller are subject to that reseller's own refund terms.

4. Free tier

Device scanning, guides, and the ROM catalog are free. No payment means nothing to refund — but if something is broken, we still want to hear about it.

5. How to request

Email support@rootmyandroid.com with your 16-digit account number and the payment ID or transaction hash. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
